How to cook deliciously - Spinach & Artichoke Twists
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, 1/2 c Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

On prepared baking sheet, press the pizza crust into a rectangle about 15-x-10", then spread cheese mixture onto dough, leaving a 1/4" border around the edges. Fold the dough in half to get at 10-x-8" rectangle. Press down to seal, then pinch the edges.

Cut the dough into 6 equal strips, then twist each one. Adjust twists so there is at least 1" between each on the baking sheet.

In a small heatproof bowl, melt butter in the microwave, then stir in the garlic powder and remaining 2 teaspoons Parmesan. Brush the twists with butter mixture.
5. Stage
Bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
