1. Light corn syrup - ⅓ cup
2. Honey - ⅓ cup
3. White sugar - ⅓ cup
4. Peanut butter - ¾ cup
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Microwave popcorn, popped - 3 (3.5 ounce) packages

How to cook deliciously - Protein Popcorn

1. Stage

Bring corn syrup, honey, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan; cook at a boil for 2 minutes. Immediately remove from heat and stir peanut butter and vanilla into syrup mixture until peanut butter has melted completely.

2. Stage

Pour popcorn into a large bowl; pour sauce over popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Allow to cool completely and break into chunks to serve.
