How to cook deliciously - Quick pickled zucchini
1. Stage
Wash and dry the zucchini and cut lengthwise into thin long ribbons with a vegetable peeler or into circles. The thinner you cut them, the faster they will marinate. Put the zucchini strips in a bowl, salt and leave for 30 minutes (longer is possible) to allow the zucchini to drain.
2. Stage
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl combine finely chopped dill, oil, garlic (squeezed), honey (you can replace with sugar), vinegar (you can replace with lemon juice or other vinegar of your choice) and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Stage
Drain the resulting juice from the zucchini, gently squeeze, add our marinade. Mix thoroughly. Take it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, until it is ready, you can stir it a couple of times during this time.
