While the liver is soaking, peel an onion, take a couple of cucumbers, a tablespoon of flour, 200 ml of milk.

Cucumbers are cut into small cubes, onions into thin half rings, then into quarters (half rings - in half) But this is a matter of taste.

Two or three hours have passed. We take the liver from the milk, squeeze it, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into small slices. Approximately 1,5x1,5 thick. The length depends on the thickness of the piece of liver. If the liver is chicken - I usually cut it in half, if the pieces are large. It is not necessary to crumble, it will dry out when frying and become hard.

Put a frying pan on the fire, a little sunflower oil and fry the onions until slightly golden.

Add the liver, stir, add salt and pepper (preferably from the mill) to taste.

Now the most important thing. You need to stir the liver periodically, making sure that it does not burn. The liver should turn light gray, but it should bleed a little. I fry like this for about 3-4 minutes. Pour the milk and add the chopped cucumbers.

When the milk comes to a boil, pour in the flour and stir it occasionally. Turn down the heat a little. Braise for another 5-6 minutes. The recipe is quite simple. The main thing is not to overcook the liver. It will become hard. But everything comes with experience.

That's it. It looks a little scary, but it's delicious. Very good with rice or spaghetti. No rice or pasta (too lazy to cook). With kimchi (my own) isn't bad either. :) When cooking, I keep thinking of the movie "The Adams Family. There is a dinner scene and their food is very similar to mine. By the way - a very good comedy.
