How to cook deliciously - Cherry puff pastry
1. Stage
Cream: Mix the yolks with the sugar, vanilla and flour. Pour hot milk and stir. Cook over low heat until thickened.
2. Stage
Roll out the dough, cut it into squares (about 11x11 cm or 12x12 cm). Put the cream in the center. Roll up the squares into an envelope. You can, like me, grease the top with egg yolk.
3. Stage
Bake them at 175*C in a preheated oven until browned. Place the cherries on the prepared squares.
4. Stage
If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
