Ingredients for - Quinoa Tabbouleh

1. Water 2 cups
2. Quinoa 1 cup
3. Salt 1 pinch
4. Olive oil ¼ cup
5. Sea salt ½ teaspoon
6. Lemon juice ¼ cup
7. Tomatoes, diced 3
8. Cucumber, diced 1
9. Green onions, diced 2 bunches
10. Carrots, grated 2
11. Chopped fresh parsley 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Quinoa Tabbouleh

1 . Stage

In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add quinoa and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature; fluff with a fork.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, carrots and parsley. Stir in cooled quinoa.
