Ingredients for - Raghavan's Curry Blend

1. Dried chile de arbol peppers, stemmed, crumbled - 8
2. Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoons
3. Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
4. Yellow or black mustard seeds - 2 teaspoons
5. Black peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
6. Whole cloves - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Raghavan's Curry Blend

1. Stage

Grind dried chiles de arbol, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and cloves in a spice grinder (or a coffee grinder or high-powered blender) to the consistency of finely ground black pepper. Stir in turmeric. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dark place up to 3 months.
