Ingredients for - Rainbow Trout with Yogurt Sauce

1. Plain yogurt 1 cup
2. Cucumber, shredded 1
3. Chopped fresh dill weed 2 tablespoons
4. Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
5. Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Rainbow trout 4 (6 ounce) fillets
8. Lemon pepper 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Rainbow Trout with Yogurt Sauce

1 . Stage

In a medium bowl combine the yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon zest, olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

2 . Stage

Turn oven broiler on. Coat a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3 . Stage

Sprinkle fillets with lemon pepper and place on broiler pan. broil for about 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. To serve spoon yogurt sauce over fish.
