Ingredients for - Rainbow Trout with Yogurt Sauce

1. Plain yogurt - 1 cup
2. Cucumber, shredded - 1
3. Chopped fresh dill weed - 2 tablespoons
4. Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
5. Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. Rainbow trout - 4 (6 ounce) fillets
8. Lemon pepper - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Rainbow Trout with Yogurt Sauce

1. Stage

In a medium bowl combine the yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon zest, olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

2. Stage

Turn oven broiler on. Coat a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Stage

Sprinkle fillets with lemon pepper and place on broiler pan. broil for about 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. To serve spoon yogurt sauce over fish.
