1. Stage
Onion, olives, sun-dried tomatoes chop finely, grate the zest of the lemon, half a small lemon is enough. Peel the garlic and cut off one third of a whole clove. Everything except the garlic is put in a bowl and mixed.

Toast the bread in a toaster or in a pan on both sides. Brush with olive oil (or other vegetable oil), dip a garlic clove in salt and rub the bread on one side.
