1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. White sugar - ⅔ cup
3. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
4. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground cinnamon - ¾ teaspoon
6. Egg, beaten - 1 large
7. Applesauce - 1 cup
8. Butter, melted - 3 tablespoons
9. Chopped walnuts - 1 ⅓ cups
10. Raisins - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Raisin Nut Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat together egg, applesauce, and butter in a separate bowl. Stir applesauce mixture into flour mixture just until combined. Fold in walnuts and raisins; pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
