1. 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries -
2. 1/3 cup sugar -
3. 1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided -
4. 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats -
5. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar -
6. 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed -

How to cook deliciously - Raspberry Crisp

1. Stage

In a large bowl, gently toss raspberries with sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Transfer to a greased 9-in. square baking dish.

2. Stage

In another large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar and remaining flour; cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over berries.

3. Stage

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
