1. Peeled and thinly sliced apples - 8 cups
2. Sliced rhubarb - 2 cups
3. Apple cider - 1 ¾ cups
4. White sugar - ¾ cup
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Combine apples, rhubarb, apple cider, sugar, and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
