1. 3 ounces cream cheese, softened -
2. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise -
3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice -
4. 1 teaspoon dill weed -
5. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
7. 1 can (6 ounces) pink salmon, drained, bones and skin removed -
8. 1/2 cup shredded carrot -
9. 1/2 cup chopped celery -
10. Lettuce leaves -
11. 2 whole wheat buns, split -
12. Sliced tomatoes -

How to cook deliciously - Salmon Salad Sandwich

1. Stage

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper until smooth. Add the salmon, carrot and celery; mix well.

2. Stage

Place a lettuce leaf and about 1/2 cup salmon salad on each bun and top with tomato.
