2. 1-1/2 cups chopped peeled cucumber -
3. 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed -
4. 1 small red onion, chopped -
5. 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro -
6. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced -
7. 2 tablespoons lime juice -
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
9. Fish: -
10. 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) -
11. 1 tablespoon lime juice -
12. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
13. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Salmon with Vegetable Salsa

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt; set aside.

2. Stage

Drizzle salmon with lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. In a large skillet, cook fillets in butter for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with salsa.
