Ingredients for - Caesar Salad

1. 1 large bunch romaine, torn -
2. 3/4 cup olive oil -
3. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar -
4. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce -
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard -
7. 1 large garlic clove, minced -
8. 1/2 fresh lemon -
9. Dash pepper -
10. 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese -
11. Caesar-flavored or garlic croutons -

How to cook deliciously - Caesar Salad

1. Stage

Place lettuce in a large salad bowl. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour over lettuce and toss to coat.

2. Stage

Squeeze lemon juice over lettuce. Sprinkle with pepper, cheese and croutons.
