Ingredients for - Salsa Salad

1. Ripe tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces - 4 large
2. Cilantro, stems cut off and leaves coarsely chopped - 1 bunch
3. Green bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces - 1 large
4. Red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces - 1 large
5. Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped - 2
6. Green onions, chopped - 3
7. Sweet red onion, chopped - ½
8. Avocados, pitted and cut into bite-sized pieces - 2 large
9. Lime, juiced - 1
10. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Salsa Salad

1. Stage

In a large salad bowl, lightly mix the tomatoes, cilantro, green and red bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, green onions, and sweet red onion until thoroughly combined. Gently toss with avocado pieces, and squeeze lime juice over the salad. Sprinkle with salt to serve.
