2. Brown sugar - 1 cup
3. Butter, melted - ⅓ cup
4. Pure vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. Egg, beaten - 1 large
6. Half-and-half - 2 tablespoons

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place tart shells on a baking sheet.
