1. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
2. Condensed cream of celery soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
3. Dry onion soup mix - 1 (1 ounce) package
4. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
5. Low-fat milk - 2 ½ cups
6. Potatoes, peeled and sliced - 10 pounds
7. Salt (Optional) - 2 teaspoons
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Scalloped Potatoes III

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a medium bowl whisk together mushroom soup, celery soup, onion soup mix, garlic powder and milk.

3. Stage

In a large roasting pan layer potatoes and soup mix, ending with soup mix. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle cheese over the top.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 80 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
