3. Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 ½ pounds
4. Red bell pepper, sliced into strips 1
5. Yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips 1
6. Red onion, sliced into strips 1
7. Jalapeno pepper, sliced into rings 1

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Mix fajita seasoning and olive oil together in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat.

Lay out seasoned shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Add bell peppers, red onion, and jalapeño; mix with shrimp and spread out evenly.
