1. 3 8-oz. blocks cream cheese -
2. 1/2 red onion, diced -
3. 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce -
4. 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled -
5. 2 c. rotisserie chicken breast (or 2 poached chicken breasts), shredded -
6. 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar -
7. 1 plum tomato, diced -
8. 1 tbsp. chopped green onions, plus more for garnish -
9. Tortilla chips, for serving -

1. Stage

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours, or until everything has melted. Stir and cover with more green onions, then serve with tortilla chips.
