2. 1 lb. tofu, sliced 1"-thick and pressed to remove water -
3. Cornstarch, for tossing tofu -
4. 1 mango, diced -
6. 1 cucumber, peeled and diced -
7. 1/2 red onion, diced -
9. 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped -
How to cook deliciously - Seared Tofu with Mango-Avocado Salsa
1. Stage
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss tofu in cornstarch to lightly coat. Cook tofu until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes, then transfer to plates.
2. Stage
Make mango salsa: Combine mango, avocado, cucumber, onion, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Divide tofu among four plates, top with salsa, and serve.
