Ingredients for - Brownie Bread

1. Unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup
2. Boiling water ½ cup
3. Active dry yeast 2 ½ teaspoons
4. White sugar 2 teaspoons
5. Warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) ½ cup
6. Bread flour 3 cups
7. White sugar ⅔ cup
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
10. Egg 1
11. Egg yolk 1

How to cook deliciously - Brownie Bread

1 . Stage

In a small bowl, dissolve cocoa powder in boiling water.

2 . Stage

In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

3 . Stage

Place cocoa mixture, yeast mixture, bread flour, remaining 2/3 cup white sugar, salt, vegetable oil and egg in bread machine pan. Select basic Bread cycle; press Start.
