Ingredients for - Brownie Bread

1. Unsweetened cocoa powder - ½ cup
2. Boiling water - ½ cup
3. Active dry yeast - 2 ½ teaspoons
4. White sugar - 2 teaspoons
5. Warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) - ½ cup
6. Bread flour - 3 cups
7. White sugar - ⅔ cup
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
10. Egg - 1
11. Egg yolk - 1

How to cook deliciously - Brownie Bread

1. Stage

In a small bowl, dissolve cocoa powder in boiling water.

2. Stage

In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

3. Stage

Place cocoa mixture, yeast mixture, bread flour, remaining 2/3 cup white sugar, salt, vegetable oil and egg in bread machine pan. Select basic Bread cycle; press Start.
