To avoid greasing the pan, I added sunflower oil. If you have a regular pan, you still need to grease the pan for the first pancake. I don't need to, I have a special pan for pancakes.

Slice the apple thinly into "rounds". If the skin is thick on the apple, it is better to peel it. I took half an apple per pancake. The apples were not sliced at once, but for each pancake, so that they would not darken and be beautiful.

We bake pancakes. Heat a frying pan. Pour the batter not thinly, but so that the apple slices drown in it. Fry until the pancake is well seized and it is safe to turn it over with the apple slices.

Turn over and fry until tender. I made 4 thick pancakes D-24cm with this dough.

Place the pancake on the plate in which you will serve it.

Roll up the hot pancake into a roll. It rolls up great with the apple slices. The roll is not small, for me it is 1 portion. Well, if you can eat more, you can have more.

I love apple pancakes with cinnamon. That's why I pounded the cinnamon stick and brown sugar in a mortar. You can serve the roll with sour cream, yogurt, whatever you like.
