1. Granulated sugar ½ cup
2. Pumpkin pie spice 4 tablespoons
3. Domaine Ste. Michelle Extra Dry Brut 1 (750 milliliter) bottle
4. Apple cider, or as needed 1 (16 ounce) bottle

1 . Stage

Add sugar and pumpkin spice seasoning to a bowl; mix.

2 . Stage

Dip champagne flute rims in water, then season each rim with sugar and pumpkin spice mixture.
