How to cook deliciously - Spinach Bacon Quiche

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Unroll the pie crust, and place it in a 9-inch pie plate. Flute the edges. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Mix in the milk, 1 cup cheese, onion, bacon, salt, mustard and paprika. Add the spinach, then pour the filling into the pie crust. Even out the fillings, then sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese. Editor's Tip: If you want to really show off your presentation skills, learn how to make a decorative pie crust.

2. Stage

Bake the quiche until a knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Editor's Tip: It's important to let the quiche sit before slicing it so the filling sets properly. Remove the quiche from the oven, and allow it to sit for 10 minutes before cutting into it.
