Ingredients for - Spirulina Pesto

1. Pine nuts - ½ cup
2. Chopped fresh basil - 4 cups
3. Olive oil - ¾ cup
4. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
5. 1/4 cup fresh spirulina paste - ½ cup
6. Salt, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Spirulina Pesto

1. Stage

Place pine nuts in a dry, nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer to a food processor.

2. Stage

Add basil, oil, Parmesan cheese, spirulina paste, salt, and garlic to the food processor; puree until you have a thick paste of desired consistency.
