4. Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
5. Dark soy sauce ½ teaspoon
6. Salt ½ teaspoon
7. Sugar ⅓ teaspoon
8. Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
9. Green onion, chopped 1
10. Chinese rice wine 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry ginger in hot oil until fragrant, then add pork, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
