How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Fries

1. Stage

Arrange racks in upper and lower thirds of oven; preheat to 425°. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Arrange cut side down on a cutting board. Slice halves into 1/4" planks. (It’s okay if the planks are slightly thicker.) Slice each plank into 1/4" matchsticks. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch, kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Sprinkle over potatoes and toss with your hands until coated. Drizzle potatoes with oil and toss until coated.

3. Stage

Spray 2 sheet trays with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in a single layer, leaving some space around each piece.

4. Stage

Bake fries 25 minutes. Using a thin metal spatula, flip fries, rotate sheets from top to bottom racks, and continue to bake until browned and fragrant, about 25 minutes more. Immediately sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool on trays 5 minutes.

5. Stage

Arrange fries on a platter. Serve with Chick-fil-A Sauce alongside.
