Ingredients for - Sweet Sweet Potato Casserole

1. Sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered - 5 large
2. Packed brown sugar - ¾ cup
3. Whole milk - ⅔ cup
4. Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
5. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
6. Pecans - 1 ⅓ cups
7. Flaked coconut - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Sweet Potato Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

2. Stage

Boil the sweet potatoes in a large saucepan approximately 10 minutes, or until tender.

3. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, butter and flour. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.

4. Stage

Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
