Ingredients for - Swiss Cheese Salad

1. 1 cup sliced green onions -
2. 1 cup sliced celery -
3. 1 cup diced green pepper -
4. 1 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives -
5. 1/3 cup vegetable oil -
6. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar -
7. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -
8. Salt and pepper to taste -
9. 6 cups shredded lettuce -
10. 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Swiss Cheese Salad

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine onions, celery, green pepper and olives. In another bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

2. Stage

Just before serving, place lettuce in a large salad bowl; add the cheese and dressing with vegetables. Toss lightly.
