How to cook deliciously - Tender salad with capelin caviar
1. Stage
For the salad dressing in a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and capelin caviar until smooth.

Peel the jacket-boiled potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater. To form the salad, I used a cooking ring with a diameter of 12 cm. Put the ring on a flat plate and place the potatoes as the first layer.

Coat the potatoes with the dressing. Put the shrimp in boiling salted water, bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes, then put them in a colander, let cool, clean the shell. Place half of the shrimp in the second layer of the salad.

Then a layer of cheese, grated on a coarse grater, + a little dressing.

The next layer is grated eggs (leave a little yolk for decoration) + dressing.

The last layer is grated crab sticks.
7. Stage
Coat the crab sticks liberally with the remaining dressing and garnish with the shrimp, fresh herbs and grated egg yolk. Let the salad soak in the fridge for 30 minutes.
