1 . Stage
Cut the breast into 2 parts and each part, unfolded, gently beat, sprinkle with salt and spices. Mix oil with 1 tbsp. dill, divide into 4 parts. Place each part on the chopped breast.

Roll up, gently tucking the edges.
3 . Stage
Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, 1 tbsp. dill, sesame seeds.
4 . Stage
Dip the cutlet in the egg, then in breading mixture and place on a piece of tracing paper.
5 . Stage
Fold the tracing paper into an envelope, folding the edges, and staple it together
6 . Stage
Place in a buttered frying pan.
7 . Stage
Fry on both sides.
