Ingredients for - Thai Fish Cakes

1. Boneless fish fillets, cubed - 1 pound
2. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
3. Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Sweet chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
6. Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
7. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
8. Green onions, sliced - 4
9. Egg - 1
10. All-purpose flour - 1
11. Oil for frying - 1

How to cook deliciously - Thai Fish Cakes

1. Stage

Combine fish, 1/2 cup flour, oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, cilantro, green onions, and egg in a food processor. Process until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Shape mixture into patties, and dust with flour.

3. Stage

Pour enough oil into a heavy skillet to fill the pan with 1/2 inch of oil. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Fry fish cakes for 8 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown.
