Ingredients for - Thanksgiving Quesadilla

1. Flour tortillas - 2
2. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
3. Shredded cooked turkey meat - ¼ pound
4. Cranberry Sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced - ½
6. Green onion, sliced - 1
7. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Thanksgiving Quesadilla

1. Stage

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place 1 tortilla in the skillet and top with 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, jalapeño pepper, green onion, and remaining Cheddar cheese, respectively. Place remaining tortilla over the top.

2. Stage

Cook until tortilla is golden brown and cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes per side.
