2. Tuna in water, drained and flaked - 1 (12 ounce) can
3. Large hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 6
4. Tomatoes, finely chopped - 2 large
5. White onion, finely chopped - 1 large
6. Cucumber, finely chopped - 1
7. Creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip) - 3 cups
8. 2% milk - ½ cup
9. White sugar, or to taste - ¼ cup
10. Prepared yellow mustard - 3 tablespoons
11. Ground black pepper, or to taste - 1 ½ tablespoons
12. Salt, or to taste - ½ tablespoon

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool completely; drain.

Mix together cooked macaroni, tuna, eggs, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber in a large bowl.
