1. Egg yolks 6 large
2. White sugar ¾ cup
3. Milk ⅔ cup
4. Heavy cream 1 ¼ cups
5. Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
6. Mascarpone cheese, at room temperature 1 pound
7. Strong brewed coffee, at room temperature ¼ cup
8. Rum 2 tablespoons
9. Ladyfinger cookies 2 (3 ounce) packages
10. Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Tiramisu

1 . Stage

Whisk together egg yolks and sugar in a medium saucepan until well blended.

Boil gently for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove egg yolk mixture from the refrigerator; add mascarpone cheese and whisk until smooth.
