Ingredients for - Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

1. Sweet potatoes 6
2. Salad oil 2 tablespoons
3. Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Brown sugar ⅓ cup
5. Margarine 2 tablespoons
6. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
7. Salt ¾ teaspoon
8. Pepper ½ teaspoon
9. Chopped walnuts ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Rub sweet potato skins with salad oil. Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until soft.

3 . Stage

Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine cream cheese, brown sugar, margarine, vanilla, salt and pepper.

4 . Stage

Cut potatoes in half and scoop flesh into the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix well and fold in walnuts. Spoon mixture into potato skins.

5 . Stage

Bake for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
