1. Unbaked pie crust 1 (9 inch)
2. Broccoli, chopped 1 pound
3. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
4. Onion, finely chopped 1
5. Garlic, minced 4 cloves
6. Firm tofu, drained 1 pound
7. Soy milk ½ cup
8. Dijon mustard ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt ¾ teaspoon
10. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
11. Ground red pepper ½ teaspoon
12. Black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon
13. Dried parsley 1 tablespoon
14. Parmesan flavor soy cheese ⅛ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tofu Quiche with Broccoli

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake pie crust in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside.

Place broccoli in a steamer over 1-inch boiling water. Cover and cook until tender but still firm, 2 to 6 minutes. Drain.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and garlic until golden. Stir in cooked broccoli and heat through. Set aside.
