1. Vegan chocolate chips ¾ cup
2. Silken tofu 1 (10.5 ounce) package
3. Peanut butter ¾ cup
4. Maple syrup 2 tablespoons
5. Prepared graham cracker pie crust 1 (9 inch)
6. Ripe banana, thinly sliced 1
7. Vegan chocolate chips, or more to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Peanut Butter Pie

1 . Stage

Place 3/4 cup chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until just melted, about 1 minute. Stir and allow to cool slightly.

2 . Stage

Combine tofu, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a blender. Add melted chocolate and blend until smooth.

3 . Stage

Cover the bottom of the pie crust with banana slices and pour chocolate-tofu mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
