Ingredients for - Zucchini Bread

1. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
2. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
3. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
4. Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
5. White sugar - 2 cups
6. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
7. Eggs - 3 large
8. Grated zucchini - 2 cups
9. Sour cream - ½ cup
10. Semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in a bowl.

Beat sugar, oil, and eggs with an electric mixer in a large bowl until well combined. Blend in grated zucchini, followed by sour cream. Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven until a tester inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours.

Remove from the oven and cool loaves on a wire rack.
