How to cook deliciously - Zucchini kegs

Cut the zucchini into 2-3 centimeter wide bars, spoon out the pulp so as not to damage the bottom. You get nice little barrels like these.

Stew the stuffing in a pan with vegetable oil, add some chopped zucchini flesh and a handful of boiled rice at the end (or you can do without it). Salt.
