1. Raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried 1 cup
2. Distilled white vinegar 1 cup
3. Salt 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Pumpkin Seeds

1 . Stage

Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Pour vinegar over the top and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain off vinegar and stir in salt.

2 . Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place seeds in the basket and cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.

3 . Stage

Transfer seeds to a paper towel lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes.
