2. Apples - peeled, cored, and chopped 2 medium
3. White sugar 2 tablespoons
4. Ground cinnamon, divided 2 teaspoons
5. Brown sugar ⅓ cup
6. White sugar ⅔ cup
7. All-purpose flour 1 ½ cups
8. Baking powder 1 ¾ teaspoons
9. Unsalted butter, softened ½ cup
10. Eggs 2 large
11. Vanilla extract, or more to taste 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Milk ½ cup
13. Confectioners' sugar ½ cup
14. Milk, or more as needed 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Apple Fritter Loaf

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

2 . Stage

Combine apples, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together in a bowl; mix until coated. Mix brown sugar and remaining cinnamon in a second bowl. Whisk flour and baking powder together in a third bowl. Set aside.

3 . Stage

Mix remaining white sugar and butter together in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until blended in. Add vanilla extract. Stir in flour mixture until smooth. Add milk and mix until smooth.

4 . Stage

Pour about 1/2 of the batter mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Add 1/2 half of the apple mixture, and lightly press the apples into the batter. Sprinkle 1/2 of the brown sugar mixture onto the apples. Pour the remaining batter into the pan, add the remaining apples, and brown sugar mix. Press the apples lightly into the top batter.

5 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.

6 . Stage

While loaf cools, pour confectioners' sugar into a bowl and slowly add in milk. Stir until completely mixed, adding more milk if you want your glaze thinner. Drizzle onto the cooled loaf.
