How to cook deliciously - Apple marmalade
1. Stage
Pour gelatin over the juice and leave to swell.
2. Stage
Pour two cups of sugar in a saucepan and pour it in water. Add lemon zest.
3. Stage
Put the pan on the fire, stir constantly until sugar dissolves. Then remove from heat and add gelatin. Mix well and strain through sated to remove the zest.
4. Stage
Pour apple marmalade into molds, cool and refrigerate overnight. Roll in icing sugar before serving.
