2. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup
3. Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Asian-style Sriracha chile-garlic sauce - 1 tablespoon
5. Asian (toasted) sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
6. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground ginger - ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Asian Barbecue Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Mix ground beef, green onion, hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, ginger, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Divide meat mixture into quarters; form each portion into a patty.
