2. Diced cooked chicken - 4 ounces
3. Frozen corn - ½ cup
4. Red bell pepper, sliced - 1
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1
6. Cooked brown rice - 1 cup
7. Salsa - ½ cup
8. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Baja-Style Chicken Bowl

1. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken, corn, and red pepper in hot oil until heated through and pepper is slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
