1. 6 bone-in chicken breast halves (8 ounces each) -
2. 1/3 cup chopped onion -
3. 3/4 cup ketchup -
4. 1/2 cup water -
5. 1/3 cup white vinegar -
6. 3 tablespoons brown sugar -
7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -
8. 1 teaspoon ground mustard -
9. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
10. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Barbecue Chicken Breast

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°. In a nonstick skillet coated lightly with oil, brown the chicken over medium heat. Transfer to a 13x9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Recoat the skillet with oil. Add the onion; cook and stir over medium heat until tender.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Pour over the chicken.
