7. Softened butter - 5 tablespoons
8. White sugar - ⅓ cup
9. Egg - 1

11. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Mini Doughnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease miniature muffin cups or line with paper liners.

Make the doughnuts: Whisk flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl. Stir milk and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl. Beat butter and sugar together in a third bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; beat in egg.
