1. Unsweetened pineapple chunks - 1 (20 ounce) can
2. White sugar - 3 tablespoons
3. Butter, melted - 6 tablespoons
4. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
5. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 5 ounces
6. Buttery round crackers, crumbled - 25

How to cook deliciously - Baked Pineapple with Crackers

1. Stage

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.

2. Stage

Combine pineapple, reserved juice, sugar, butter or margarine, flour, and cheese. Mix well. Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish; top with cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
