2. Mashed bananas - 1 cup
3. Dark rum - ⅔ cup
4. Water - ⅔ cup
5. Chopped pecans - ⅓ cup
6. Eggs - 2 large
7. Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon
8. Unsalted butter, softened - ⅓ cup
9. Confectioners' sugar - 3 cups
10. Dark rum - 2 tablespoons
11. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Banana Rum Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

Make the cake: Stir cake mix, bananas, rum, water, pecans, eggs, and baking soda in a large bowl until combined, then beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 to 4 minutes. Pour into the prepared pans.
